Welcome to NICI's shipping policy. Here, our goal is to ensure a seamless and reliable delivery experience for your purchases.

 

Shipping is free within India.  For international shipping, we charge a flat fee of 3500/- INR

For International orders placed outside of India currently we have only PayPal as a payment option on checkout. 

​

For international shipping, NICI does not cover international taxes, customs charges, VAT, import taxes, or any similar charges imposed by the government of the importing country. Any such charges levied on NICI or its carrier by any government authority or organization of the importing country must be borne by the customer.

NICI cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of products to the customer if the customer fails to pay the domestic charges levied by the importing country.

In case you are not reachable, or you do not accept the delivery of the products when attempted by us, we reserve the right to cancel your order in our sole discretion. Any amount to be refunded subsequent to such cancellation shall only be processed post deduction of the shipping and delivery charges borne by us.

The exchange / return facility can be availed only once.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

 

In order to minimize wastage, we put an item into production only once the order is successfully placed. Hence please allow us 10-15 working days to deliver from the date of your order confirmation.

​

However, if your order is already available with us, we dispatch it within 4 to 7 working days from the date of successful placement of you order. 

 

Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
