In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us photos of the damaged product at bynici24@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.)

Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis. All returns are subject to verification by our team. 

All custom-made orders are non-returnable.

In order to minimize wastage, we put an item into production only once the order is successfully placed. Hence please allow us 10-15 working days to deliver from the date of your order confirmation.

However, if your order is already available with us, we dispatch it within 4 to 7 working days from the date of successful placement of you order.
